What happens to a dream deferred?
Does it dry up
Like a raisin in the sun?
Or fester like a sore--
And then run?
Does it stink like rotten meat?
Or crust and sugar over--
like a syrupy sweet?
Maybe it just sags
like a heavy load.
Or does it explode?

Dear Diary,

I've heard that 142 years ago, there were no robots as the way I see them now...
Now, when I walk on the streets I can see robots kids, robot dogs, robot parents etc. Veni Vidi Vici for them.
Technology is going way too fast. I wonder how the world would look like in 2200.

At the moment I'm staring at a butterfly: the only animal which still no robot is made of.

(Vn, vd, vc (pronounced [weni widi wiki] in Classical Latin or [veni vidi viti] in Vulgar Latin) is a famous Latin sentence spoken by Julius Caesar in 47 BC.[1] It translates as "I came, I saw, I conquered.&quot

Ohhh, finally this is done. Took me ages to complete and then I had to wait a long time till I could upload it.
But, I think it's all worth it . This is my first piece which I made with my new wacom tablet as well.

This piece is a manipulation and digital painting together. I digital painted his face, arms, shoes and a bit of his clothes, the butterfly, made the quality better etc. In total it has around 250 layers.

P.S. he's not emo... just looking serious at the butterfly :lmao:

Wiki: ''The Antikythera mechanism (IPA: [ntkr], an-ti-ki-theer-uh), is an ancient mechanical calculator (also described as the first known mechanical computer) designed to calculate astronomical positions. It was discovered in the Antikythera wreck off the Greek island of Antikythera, between Kythera and Crete, in 1901. Subsequent investigation, particularly in 2006, dated it to about 150100 BC; and hypothesised that it was on board a ship that sank en route from the Greek island of Rhodes to Rome. Technological artifacts of similar complexity did not reappear until a thousand years later.''
My computer is really slow atm...
I wanted to work more on this piece, but my laptop doesn't let me :/.
Perhaps I'll do that on my new computer which I'm going to get soon.

And when I have my new computer, I'll make a lot of new art.

Jonathan and I made two different versions, go here to see his version: [link]
